Privacy policy

Summary

We do not store or log what you screen or search. We keep only anonymous daily counts of how often each tool and page is used.

What the service processes

When Claude or another client calls a tool, the arguments it sends (for example a name, a country, a keyword or an HTS code) are processed in memory to produce the answer and are then discarded. We do not store query text, names screened, codes, results, IP addresses or any conversation content, and the service never reads your chat history, memory or files.

What we store

• Anonymous usage counts: per day, the number of calls to each tool, errors per tool, page views per page, and the host name of the website that linked to a page (for example "example.com"). These counts contain no query content and no personal data.
• Support messages: if you use the support form, we store the message and the optional name and reply address you type, so we can answer you.

No cookies, no analytics or advertising scripts, and no tracking pixels are used. We do not sell or share data.

Service providers

The service runs on Cloudflare (Workers, static assets and the D1 database that holds the counts and support messages). Cloudflare processes requests on our behalf and may keep operational logs under its own privacy policy. Reference data is downloaded by our servers from U.S. government websites on a schedule; your queries are never sent to them.

Retention

• Usage counts: kept up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Support messages: kept up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner through the support form.

Children

The service is meant for business use and is not directed to children.
